




On the way home from work I stopped at our local farmers market looking for Tilapia, but there was no Tilapia. I bought a beautiful Organic Salmon.
Here is our dinner tonight:
Grilled Organic Salmon:
Wash, Pull out tinfoil 5 times the size of the Salmon. Oil the top and sprinkle with herb of choice.
Sautee onion and Fennel in olive oil and serve on top of the Salmon.
Cook on high heat grill 9 minutes until slightly pink on the inside.
Asparagus = wash, oil cookie sheet, rub asparagus on oil, cook in preheated 350 Degree oven for 9 minutes.
Squash-Steam butternut squash pieces for 9 minutes. Mash with potato masher and add 1/3 cup of low-fat cream cheese and mix thoroughly.
Plate using different colors on either side of the plate. Bon Appetite!
